How long will it take to get my order?
When
you make your purchase, please be sure to note all the details regarding
sizing and colors to avoid delays in processing your order. Once
you place your order and payment has been received, please allow 3 - 5 business days for basic tutu orders. Larger orders or orders with special requests may take longer. Dresses, special requests, bridal orders and large orders may take 7-10 business days.
I would like my order rushed. Is that possible?
Yes! If you need something made sooner than the standard turnaround time for that item, please send an email to: tutucutebykinnaly@yahoo.com with the date you need your order by and I will inform you of the estimated ship out date and shipping cost associated with your rush order request.
How does your sizing work?
We
prefer to make your purchase right to size and recommend for best fit
to provide custom measurements. Our sizing page details how to measure for tutus and tutu dresses.
I love my Tutu and/or Dress, but how do I refluff & care for it?
Caring
for your tutu or tutu dress is easy. Your purchase will come folded in a
box and so it will require a little bit of fluffing upon arrival.
Remove from the box and hang right away. Start with the inside layers
first and work your way out by running your hands through the layers. Once you have worked your way pulling and fluffing through
all the layers, we recommend hanging in your bathroom and running a hot
shower for 5-10 minutes to get out any creases. (some prefer to just
use a steamer - again be careful not to get too close especially if
your tutu has embellishments on it).
